Payment happens through the app via Bancontact, Apple Pay, KBC or Belfius app, Mastercard, etc. and after ending the rental session.
Pay per hour, day, week or month:
(hourly rate €0.25 / daily rate €1 / weekly rate €5 / monthly rate €25)
- The first 8 hours are charged at the hourly rate.
- Between 8 and 24 hours, the amount is capped at the daily rate (€1). So you never pay more than the daily rate for a period up to 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, the system starts counting again: first per hour up to 8 hours, then the daily rate again, and so on.
- For a session of 168 hours (one week) or more, the weekly rate applies, and from 720 hours (30 days) the monthly rate applies.
- After a maximum duration of 745 hours (31 days), you will receive a message telling you to remove your bike from the bike locker.
- To determine the final price, all periods are added together.
- Thanks to this system, you never pay too much.
Examples:
The cost of renting a bike locker:
• A rental session of 13 hours costs the capped daily rate of €1.
• A rental session of 27 hours costs the daily rate (€1) + 3 hours at the hourly rate (3 × €0.25 = €0.75) = €1.75.
• A rental session of 50 hours costs 2 daily rates (2 × €1 = €2) + 2 hours at the hourly rate (2 × €0.25 = €0.50) = €2.50.
