Check whether your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Did you download the app from the official platforms? You can do so via the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone).
Would you prefer help with the installation? Contact one of our digidoctors and get guided support.
Unable to register? Make sure you use a strong password (including punctuation).

The bike locker does not open or close. I want to report a problem.
First, go through the following steps to close the door at the start:
- Choose a bike locker that is available. You can tell by the message “available.” If it is rented, it will show “rented.”
- Accept the service conditions and tap “start session.” Your session starts. Press and hold “unlock” a little longer to open the door. Place your bike inside the locker and close the door.
Do you want to open the door after use?
- Go to your session and tap “unlock.” The door opens.
- Now tap “stop session” until the end is confirmed.
- Pay for your session.

Do I need to lock my bike inside the locker?
You place your bike in the locker at your own responsibility. Even though the door is locked, we recommend securing your bike with a lock.
I want to charge my bike in the locker, but it doesn’t charge.
Check whether the charger is properly plugged into the socket. Try again if necessary. Still no success? Contact the helpdesk using the number on this page.
I have trouble ending the session and therefore cannot open the door.

Check whether a payment method is linked. If everything is correct and payment still doesn’t work, please contact the helpdesk.
Can I reserve a bike locker before arriving on site?
You can only “reserve” a bike locker by actually starting a rental session. The rental time starts immediately and must be paid for.
Is it possible to enter a country code when registering the phone number?
Yes, you can enter the correct country code yourself when registering your phone number.
What is the maximum duration of one session?
After a maximum duration of 745 hours (31 days), the session stops. Remove your bike from the locker before this deadline.
What if there is a power outage and the bike locker does not open?
We do everything we can to prevent this. If it happens anyway, contact the helpdesk by scanning the QR code on the locker or by calling 0499066127
