De Panne Feest!
A day filled with warmth, music and good company, for everyone who loves De Panne. On Saturday 12 September 2026, you’re welcome from 11 am on the Zeedijk, between the Leopold I monument and P. Bortierplein, for a free reception. Afterwards, the celebrations continue with a fantastic line-up of performances until 4 pm.

In November 1943, the fishing boat N141 ‘De Zee’ disappears in the North Sea after striking a German sea mine. The crew is never found. Among them, the great-grandfather of artist Johan Tahon remains forever beneath the surface, carried by the slow breath of the sea.
