About Hathor Consort 🎼
Hathor Consort was founded in 2012 by viol player Romina Lischka. The viola da gamba is a string instrument similar to the cello and was especially popular during the Renaissance and Baroque periods.
The ensemble performs music from that era in a warm and engaging way, blending classical repertoire with influences from other cultures and contemporary music.
Romina Lischka has performed in concert halls and festivals around the world. Hathor Concert has also appeared at renowned venues such as Bozar in Brussels, Concertgebouw Bruges, and concert halls in London and Hamburg. Their music has received several international awards.
