Request form for group reservation / birthday party
Ready? Set. Go!
- Please provide us with the completed reservation form in time for us to make the necessary arrangements to find a suitable teacher.
- Please come to the venue with your proper and non-marking (climbing) shoes in a separate bag. Show them to our staff. Outdoor shoes which you use to enter the sports hall are not allowed in the climbing gym.
- Your group reservation will allow for 1 hour of fun. Longer climbs are possible upon request and will be calculated in the price.
- A group consists of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants. For larger groups, additional instructors must be provided.
Rates
Groups with instructor via the Sport Service
- € 2.50 per participant (minimum 8 participants).
- € 50 per hour per instructor (1 instructor per 12 participants).
- Equipment is included in the price.
- Dutch-speaking instructor.
Groups with their own instructor
- € 2 per participant (minimum 8 participants).
- € 2 admission fee for the instructor.
- The instructor must at least be in possession of an initiator's certificate, which must be submitted to us in advance.
- Equipment rental is possible for € 2 per person.
Birthday party in the climbing gym
- 1 instructor per 12 participants (minimum 8 participants).
- Climbing lasts about 1 hour. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious pancake with a drink at bar Den Oosthoek.
- € 14,00 per participant.
- Dutch-speaking instructor.
