We have a blokart club, a surfing club, and even a kite surfing school! Our beach is unique (no breakwaters) so you can experience the power of wind and water for yourself. Even if you think you are not adventurous or sporty enough, you will find a water sport activity that suits you!
RSYC Blokart Club
Blokarting is a spectacular sailing sport without the roar of engines or annoying exhaust fumes. Only the crunching sound of sand under your wheels and the whistling of the wind in a tightly stretched sail accompany you on your journey. Driving a blokart is not as difficult as it seems, after a short instruction you can get into a cart and sail away yourself! A wind force of 20 kilometres per hour is enough to carry you along our beautiful beach at 40 kilometres per hour.
Surfclub Side Shore Surfers
When the wind is blowing west-south-west, Side Shore Surfclub is the place to be to rip it up! The club is a second home for those who never tire of the sea: surfing, kiting, speed-sailing, wake-boarding, wave surfing ... it's all here!
The informal atmosphere creates a genuinely relaxed holiday vibe for visitors, and the unique club location (embedded in the dunes) makes you feel at one with the beach and the waves. Aloha, surfers!

Would you rather learn kitesurfing? Then sign up for a private or group lesson with Steve and Tineke of Stevo Kite Surf. They love to share their passion for the sea with you and they will teach you how to truly enjoy the forces of nature: surfing, powerkiting, paddleboarding, landboarding ... the possibilities are just like the sea: endless!
