Born out of a rich family history in the drinks business, FOU de MER is the brainchild of Sander Dekien. The 4th generation in his family to brew beer, his passion for brewing emerged at the age of 20, after first losing his heart to youth football and later cycling.
After taking evening classes as a microbrewer for two years and numerous experiments in his own microbrewery in De Panne, the first in-house beer FOU de MER was launched in 2023.
This unique tripel with its amber colour and white head is truly captivating. With an alcohol content of 7.5% and an aroma enhanced with two types of yeast and hops, FOU de MER delights the taste buds with its full-bodied malty character. The finish offers a perfect balance between sweetness and bitter.
